Sustainability is very important for our organisation. Not only sustainable transport by driving economically and safely with our trucks but also sustainable employability of our employees is important to us. With the help of the ESF trajectory “Together Slim On the Road to a Healthy Working Life”, G. Vlug and Son prepare the employees within her organisation for the hectic and dynamics in her sector so that she already learns: be healthy, motivated, competent and productive at work. The activities consist of: • Interview and inventory wishes/requirements/needs of management and employees • Describe wishes and requirements and formulate advice • Developing plan of approach based on advice • Promote and stimulate healthy and safe working for employees (and managers) by developing, rolling out and implementing a number of workshops (variating from healthy lifestyle, a "health check to maneuvering) on the basis of the advice • Evaluations with the participants and management, where necessary make adjustments to the process • "Coaching on the job" by manager to ensure progress (English) | |||||||||||||||

Duurzaamheid is zeer belangrijk voor onze organisatie. Niet alleen duurzaam transport door zuinig en veilig te rijden met onze vrachtauto’s maar ook duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers vinden wij van belang. Met behulp van het ESF traject “Samen Slim Op weg naar een Gezond Arbeidsleven” bereidt G. Vlug en Zoon de medewerkers binnen haar organisatie voor op de hectiek en de dynamiek in haar branche zodat zij al lerende: gezond, gemotiveerd, competent en productief aan het werk kunnen zijn. De activiteiten bestaan uit: • Gesprek en inventarisatie wensen/eisen/behoefte van directie en medewerkers • Beschrijven wensen en eisen en formuleren advies • Ontwikkelen plan van aanpak op basis van het advies • Bevorderen en stimuleren gezond en veilig werken voor medewerkers (en leidinggevenden) door middel van het ontwikkelen, uitrollen en implementeren van een aantal workshops (variërend van gezonde leefstijl, een “health check tot manoeuvreren) aan de hand van het advies • Evaluaties met de deelnemers en directie, daar waar nodig aanpassingen aanbrengen in het traject • “Coaching on the job” door leidinggevende om de voortgang te borgen (Dutch)
