The new organisational structure calls for a change in attitude and behaviour, aiming at an open (learning) culture, where employees take responsibility for the tasks that fit their role. This requires a solid investment in improving the organisational structure, processes and communication on the one hand, and in individual employees and teams on the other, but also in clarity about expected results from the management. LEXIMA employees are supported by coaching and team sessions in their growth towards greater autonomy, autonomy and increasing intrinsic motivation. A learning culture is embedded in the organisation, in which employees appeal to each other for behavior and results and take responsibility for this together. Continuous development of organisation and individual is at the heart of this. There must be room for individual ambitions and opportunities for workers to grow. The intended result is a company that, with a wide range of products and services, is able to respond quickly and flexibly to the changing needs of our customers and where the employees in the organisation work from their strength and where there is room for personal growth and ambition.
