Property / summary

MBI B.V. (hereinafter: MBI) produces highly innovative concrete products in the Construction, Garden and Infra segments. In recent years, many developments have taken place with MBI, including several reorganisations. Partly because of these reorganisations, there is uncertainty as to how the employees now look at MBI, do the employees feel heard? How did the employees continue to work at MBI? How do the employees experience the style and communication by the manager? The aim of employee satisfaction research and follow-up workshops is to answer the above questions and thereby increase sustainable employability within the organisation. (English)

(Dutch)
