At the Centre for Sports and Education in Zwolle, every talent gets the best out of themselves, whether in the school benches, on the field, in the roadway or in the hall. Through good education, sport-specific trainings and sports supporting lessons about nutrition, strength and mental aspects, students from A to Z are prepared for a future as a top athlete. This makes the CSE unique in the Netherlands. CSE Zwolle wants to inspire young people to achieve great achievements and make the most of their learning and development opportunities. In encouraging students to make the most of their talents and abilities, the use of teachers, coaches and staff is a very important driver. Their abilities and skills to stimulate a learning and development culture among students is essential in this regard. The CSE helps students by uniting, helping, encouraging and mutually stimulating, so that each individual can write their own success story. Personal approach to employees and vice versa the involvement of employees within the organisation play an important role in this. Supporting individual employee aspirations and learning knowledge and skills is a major contributor to this. Employees with the right mindset, commitment and motivation can achieve a lot together and can create a positive and inspiring culture in which they flourish, but also positively influence the environment in which they operate. Visualising the development needs and learning opportunities of employees is tailor-made and requires the use of an external expert. This increases the sustainable employability of the employees themselves, but also creates a cultural change in which employees influence each other and their students positively in order to become part of an inspiring and safe learning environment.
