Due to the simple administration, the teacher will leave time for additional guidance for the student. This creates a strong support among the users of the system. Within the project, an environment is created in which teachers are given the opportunity to develop themselves in knowledge and skills, and to make the transition from knowledge transferor to coach. De Wingerd is een school voor Speciaal Onderwijs en Voortgezet Speciaal Onderwijs aan kinderen en jonge mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Met financiële steun vanuit het ESF kan de Wingerd nog beter een brug slaan tussen onderwijs en de arbeidsmarkt of een vervolgopleiding. Door de komst van competentiegericht onderwijs is de behoefte aan flexibel in te zetten lesmateriaal ontstaan. De ESF subsidie gebruikt de Wingerd voor het invoeren van opbrengstgericht werken. Hiervoor hebben de medewerkers specifieke competenties nodig. De rol van de docent zal veranderen. Dit gebeurt middels het inzetten van het intervisiemodel Methodische Loopbaan Begeleiding (MLB) met het portofolio ‘DOEN IN’. Door de eenvoudige administratie zal de docent tijd overhouden voor extra begeleiding van de leerling. Hierdoor wordt een groot draagvlak gecreëerd bij de gebruikers van het systeem. Binnen het project wordt een omgeving gecreëerd waarin docenten de kans krijgen om zichzelf te ontwikkelen in kennis en vaardigheden, en de slag te maken van kennisoverdrager naar coach. Het project zorgt voor de bewustwording van de noodzaak om te veranderen, het implementeert de nieuwe werkwijze en zorgt voor borging op de lange termijn. (Dutch)

De Wingerd est une école d’enseignement spécial et secondaire spécialisée pour les enfants et les jeunes handicapés intellectuels. Grâce au soutien financier du FSE, le Wingerd peut encore mieux établir un pont entre l’éducation et le marché du travail ou la formation continue. L’avènement d’une éducation fondée sur les compétences a créé le besoin de matériel pédagogique flexible. La subvention du FSE utilise le Wingerd pour introduire des travaux axés sur les recettes. Pour cela, les employés ont besoin de compétences spécifiques. Le rôle de l’enseignant changera. Pour ce faire, on utilise le modèle intervision d’orientation professionnelle méthodique (MLB) avec le portofolio «DOEN IN». En raison de la simple administration, l’enseignant laissera du temps pour des conseils supplémentaires pour l’étudiant. Cela crée un fort soutien parmi les utilisateurs du système. Dans le cadre du projet, un environnement est créé dans lequel les enseignants ont la possibilité de se développer dans les connaissances et les compétences, et de passer du transfert de connaissances à l’entraîneur. Le projet sensibilise la population à la nécessité de changer, met en œuvre la nouvelle méthode et assure une assurance à long terme. (French)
