The activities consist of advisory pathways in the field of ergonomic work, the improvement of the HR cycle so that attention is paid to internal and external mobility and an advisory pathway that captures the training and training needs of the workers, and to see how this can be structurally implemented in the future. Iedema Projectstoffering Appelscha is een stofferingsbedrijf dat sterk is gegroeid. Dit heeft de werkdruk verhoogd voor zowel de uitvoerende teams als voor de planning en administratie. Het personeelsbestand van de uitvoerende teams vergrijst bovendien en het verzuim is aan de hoge kant. De stoffeerders verrichten fysiek werk, dat af en toe behoorlijk zwaar is. Dit komt tot uiting in lichamelijke klachten die regelmatig optreden. Er spelen grofweg twee zaken: perspectief binnen en buiten het bedrijf in samenhang met lichamelijke belastbaarheid en het nemen van maatregelen/introduceren van nieuwe werkwijzen die de lichamelijke belasting zo veel mogelijk beperken. Met name de praktische krachten denken niet altijd na over hun toekomst (wat als ik dit zware lichamelijke werk niet meer kan doen? Daarnaast zijn er vaak ingesleten patronen in het werk, die niet persé ergonomisch verantwoord zijn. Het is belangrijk voor henzelf en voor het bedrijf dat de mensen beter op zichzelf passen. Met behulp van externe adviseurs gaat Iedema aan de slag met de drie thema’s ‘Gezond en veilig werken’, ‘Mobiliteit’ en ‘Creatie leercultuur’. Binnen deze thema’s worden volgens het stramien definitie - implementatie - borging invulling gegeven aan verbeterpunten. De activiteiten bestaan uit adviestrajecten op het gebied van ergonomisch werken, de verbetering van de hr-cyclus zodat er aandacht komt voor interne en externe mobiliteit en een adviestraject waarin de opleidings- en scholingsbehoefte van de werkenden in beeld wordt gebracht, en te kijken hoe hier in de toekomst structureel invulling aan kan worden gegeven.
