Constructiebedrijf Van Lierop is een familiebedrijf dat inmiddels al meer dan 50 jaar actief is als toeleverancier. Van Lierop is gespecialiseerd in het toeleveren van samenstellingen, die worden geproduceerd uit diverse staalkwaliteiten of RVS. Met 30 medewerkers wordt de klant zoveel mogelijk geholpen. Na de crisis merkte de directeur dat er binnen de organisatie nog verbeteringen mogelijk waren. Om deze reden is de afgelopen periode een scan uitgevoerd. De scan toonde aan dat de huidige cultuur erg competitief is (ook wel marktcultuur genoemd). Dit is niet de gewenste cultuur die ook naar de toekomst toe gehandhaafd moet worden. De gewenste cultuur is een combinatie van de familiecultuur (clan) en adhocratiecultuur, waarbij de nadruk ligt op een loyale vriendelijke, dynamische, ondernemende en creatieve werkomgeving.
