Multifoil B.V. (hereinafter: Multifoil) is a leading supplier and producer of adhesive tapes and related products. Multifoil wants to bring mutual cooperation in the team and with customers to a higher level. The aim of this project is to increase the sustainable employability of employees by promoting an internal learning culture for employees. Based on the organisational analysis, interviews and/or surveys, the external advisor will make an implementation proposal for the promotion of skills and knowledge sharing to achieve a better learning culture. Multifoil B.V. (hierna: Multifoil) is een toonaangevende leverancier en producent van zelfklevende tapes en aanverwante producten. Multifoil wil de wederzijdse samenwerking in het team en met klanten naar een hoger plan brengen. Binnen dit project wordt beoogd de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers te vergoten middels het bevorderen van een interne leercultuur voor werknemers. Op basis van de organisatieanalyse, interviews en/of enquêtes gaat de extern adviseur een implementatievoorstel maken voor de bevordering van benodigde vaardigheden en kennisdeling om te komen tot een betere leercultuur. Het beoogde meetbare resultaat op de korte termijn is een intensivering van de ontwikkelmogelijkheden en de onderlinge communicatieve vaardigheden van de werknemers, waardoor de betrokkenheid van werknemers wordt gestimuleerd. Tot slot beoogt Multifoil op de middellange termijn de kennisdeling tussen medewerkers onderling te verbeteren. (Dutch)
