Moreover, the effect is that workers are easily employable. And thus they increase their chances of working. This is a contribution to achieving solutions for lasting employment with added value for all stakeholders. An important starting point for sustainable employability is that the employer and employee have a joint responsibility. For this purpose, a publication has been published on the website of Medifit Oss, Fysio plus and the advisor SpringBalance and posters are placed in the applicant’s reception area. Van eenheid door diversiteit naar duurzaamheid! Zonder gezonde en gemotiveerde medewerkers geen succesvol bedrijf. Dat realiseren de directeur-eigenaren van Medifit Oss en Fysio plus zich heel goed. Gezonde medewerkers hebben zakelijk en privé een goed fundament nodig. Fysio plus en Medifit Oss stelt als doel een boeiende en uitdagende werkomgeving te bieden waar mensen zich thuis voelen en zich graag voor inzetten. Tegelijkertijd wil Medifit Oss en fysio plus ook mogelijkheden bieden voor persoonlijke en zakelijke verdieping en uitbreiding. Om dit doel te bereiken worden ze ondersteund door SpringBalance en is er een aanvraag ingediend voor ESF Subsidie voor Duurzame Inzetbaarheid. ESF betekent Europees Sociaal Fonds. Dit fonds biedt o.a. ondersteuning bij duurzame inzetbaarheid van personeel en is gericht op de gezondheid en motivatie van werknemers. Zo kunnen werkgevers hun medewerkers behouden voor het steeds sneller veranderende werk. Dit creëert op de lange termijn economisch en sociaal gezien kansen voor een bedrijf. Het effect is bovendien dat werknemers makkelijk inzetbaar zijn. En daarmee vergroten ze hun kansen op werk. Het gaat om een bijdrage aan het realiseren van oplossingen voor blijvende arbeidsparticipatie met toegevoegde waarde voor alle betrokkenen. Een belangrijk uitgangspunt bij duurzame inzetbaarheid is dat de werkgever en werknemer een gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid hebben. Hiervoor is er een publicatiestuk gepubliceerd op de website van Medifit Oss, Fysio plus en de adviseur SpringBalance en hangen er posters in de ontvangstruimte van de aanvrager. (Dutch)
