AMI Kappers is een ambitieuze, trendvolgende kappers organisatie. Medewerkers zijn het uitgangbord en het hart van de organisatie. Fitte en vitale medewerkers zijn cruciaal voor het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden en hebben direct invloed op de uitstraling van de organisatie. Met dit project wil AMI de medewerkers bewust maken van de eigen verantwoordelijkheid om gezond en veilig te werken. Niet alleen voor nu, maar juist ook om in de toekomst duurzaam inzetbaar te zijn.
