Henra trailers BV (hereinafter: Henra) is a producer of trailers. The company has experienced considerable growth over the past period, from 18 to 45 employees. Due to this growth, the attention to employees has not been optimal and lacks uniformity. The level of knowledge and skills of the employees deserve more focus. In this context, Henra has already had an organisation scan carried out by the advisory and training company You Uni. One of the advices was the creation of its own academy, called “Henra Academy”. In the Academy, a tailor-made process will be developed per employee. The following levels will be addressed: our organisation (with the strategy, history and core values), our products (all ins and outs of the trailers), my department (which aspects are important in production or commerce?) and my workplace (how do I work safe and healthy?). The advisor of You Uni will carry out the following activities: 1. Mapping the function house 2.Defining the standard working method 3.Preparing a training plan 4.Translating the training plan into a business academic. Henra therefore also uses the services of You Uni for the guidance of the implementation of the Academy and the drafting and learning of the various standards. Henra aanhangwagens BV (hierna: Henra) is een producent van aanhangwagens. Het bedrijf heeft een behoorlijke groei doorstaan de afgelopen periode, namelijk van 18 naar 45 medewerkers. Door deze groei is de aandacht aan medewerkers niet optimaal geweest en ontbreekt uniformiteit. Het kennisniveau en de vaardigheden van de medewerkers verdient meer focus. In dit kader heeft Henra al eerder een organisatiescan door het advies- en opleidingsbedrijf You Uni laten uitvoeren. Eén van de adviezen hierbij was het oprichten van een eigen academie, “Henra Academy” genaamd. In de Academy zal een maatwerktraject per medewerker ontwikkeld worden. Daarbij komen de volgende niveaus aan de orde: onze organisatie (met de strategie, de historie en de kernwaarden), onze producten (alle ins en outs van de aanhangwagens), mijn afdeling (welke aspecten zijn van belang in de productie of de commercie?) en mijn werkplek (hoe werk ik veilig en gezond?). De adviseur van You Uni gaat de volgende activiteiten uitvoeren: 1. Het functiehuis in kaart brengen 2.Het vaststellen van de standaard werkwijze 3.Het opstellen van een opleidingsplan 4.Het vertalen van het opleidingsplan in een bedrijfsacademy. Ook voor de begeleiding van het implementeren van de Academy en het opstellen en aanleren van de diverse standaarden maakt Henra dus gebruik van de diensten van You Uni. Zij dragen ook zorg voor de naleving van de standaarden en verzorgen regelmatig audits. (Dutch)
