With the ‘Healthy Getting Started’ project, SKPOEL aims to improve the working environment through good employership in cooperation with all staff. Through joint attention, imaging, support and an effective approach, SKPOEL wants to deal more consciously with absenteeism and with all the factors that influence it. This approach focuses on the development of an upward spiral starting from a substantial reduction in the absenteeism rate. This collectively reduces the workload, reduces the number of different faces in the classroom, reduces the need for work transfer, reduces the need for replacement and leaves more Euros to be used for training and development, hire of external expertise or investment in innovation. Moreover, educational outcomes can be expected to improve. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Dutch)
