De aanhoudende concurrentie in de uitzendbranche maakt het dat Progress Uitzendbureau BV te Sint-Oedenrode zich verder wil onderscheiden. Progress Uitzendbureau BV ziet in haar (ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid van) medewerkers en uitzendkrachten HET middel om onderscheidend te kunnen zijn. De huidige stappen die daarin al zijn genomen vormen een prima basis om de ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid van medewerkers verder te verbeteren. Het slagen van Progress Uitzendbureau BV als duurzaam bedrijf is mede afhankelijk van de inzet, toewijding en betrokkenheid van haar medewerkers.
