De organisatie is van oorsprong gebaseerd op een enkelvoudig groeimodel dat tot op heden goed voldeed. Recente ontwikkelingen hebben voor ongewenste situaties in het bedrijf gezorgd. Om goede keuzes te maken voor het personeel en management wordt de organisatie opnieuw ingericht voor de toekomst. Hierbij wordt gelet op de kwaliteiten en talenten van de medewerkers. Werksfeer en goede sociale verbindingen zijn een prioriteit van de directie.
