Het verder verfijnen van de organisatie inrichting is aan de orde waarbij het ‘binden en boeien’ van zijn belangrijkste medewerkers een belangrijk punt is. Zonder hen ontstaat er mogelijk echt een probleem. Er moet een nieuw bedrijfsplan ontwikkeld worden voor de organisatie waarbij de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de sleutelfunctionarissen en de overige werknemers geborgd gaat worden. (Dutch)
