Yacht hecht grote waarde aan het investeren in haar medewerkers. Kennis, inzicht, gedrag en vaardigheid van onze medewerkers zijn de spil van onze dienstverlening. Omdat de markt aan ons vraagt om te voldoen aan de kwaliteitscriteria 2.1 willen we niet alleen inzichtelijk maken waar we nu staan, maar willen we zo snel mogelijk onze medewerkers laten voldoen. Ook hebben wij de ambitie dat onze medewerkers in de toekomst blijven voldoen aan deze eisen. Het project Blijven(d) voldoen sluit naadloos aan bij deze behoefte. Dit project wordt ondersteund met en is mede mogelijk gemaakt door subsidie vanuit het ESF-project Duurzame Inzetbaarheid. (Dutch)
