Kinderdagverblijf Domino + biedt ouders een flexibele oplossing om hun kinderen veilige en vertrouwd op te laten vangen door gediplomeerde leidsters. Onze DominoSisters zorgen voor opvang, verzorging en begeleiding van uw kind, waardoor de ouder (meer) invulling kan geven aan werk, studie of een andere tijdsbesteding. Stichting Domino + hecht er waarde aan om ook haar eigen DominoSisters optimaal de mogelijkheid te bieden om zich te ontwikkelen. Door een duidelijke taakverdeling en het bieden van ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden willen we de capaciteiten van onze leidsters optimaal benutten. Het project Duurzaam inzetbare Dominosisters is erop gericht dat we anticiperen op de individuele ambities en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden van onze leidsters waardoor ze iedere dag met veel plezier uw kind de beste opvang kunnen bieden.
