During the research phase, the external advisor will support employees in identifying development needs and learning opportunities. During the implementation phase, concrete tailor-made guidance is offered to employees in order to be able to further implement this by implementing a continuous process of learning and developing. In this way, employees learn to take care of their development and sustainable employability and teach the organisation how to facilitate this process. By formulating their ambitions, employees get a focus on learning goals and thus on the opportunities for their own careers. This will increase the intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction of employees. In this process of identifying ambitions and learning goals, the external advisor will also look at non-company-specific knowledge and skills that the employee needs. This allows employees to develop as much as possible in a safe and positive learning environment. (English)

(Dutch)
