All employees are important to Smurift Kappa Zedek (hereinafter: SK Zedek) and that is why one of the key points in the coming years is to keep them sustainable for our company and to actively engage in the continuous improvement process. The advisory and training agency You Improve has already been used to support this process before 2016. A so-called potential employee (organisation can) was held at that time. The following activities took place: first acquaintance, Observations, guidance sessions and Data analysis. Based on the results of the potential scan, we intend to develop a program for all executives and key figures to connect continuous improvement with personal leadership and training skills to further secure and anchor the initiated change process. We are convinced that the change process and the ambition of the organisation will only be achieved if we continuously invest in our people. Joint learning through the use of common knowledge, diverse backgrounds and areas of knowledge is an important aspect of this programme. Supporting each other and challenging each other will contribute to developing personal leadership but will also have a positive effect on the team performance. The programme consists of two pillars: professional and personal development. The professional part is entirely based on SK Zedek and the strategic program. Through interactive workshops by SK Zedek colleagues, we want to involve the participants intensively in the implementation of the organisational strategy and to secure the change process (continuous improvement — WCM). The personal development component focuses on the development of leadership skills. The program focused on personal leadership is facilitated by external consultants. Alle medewerkers zijn belangrijk voor Smurift Kappa Zedek (hierna: SK Zedek) en daarom is één van de speerpunten de komende jaren om hen duurzaam te behouden voor ons bedrijf en actief in te zetten bij het continu verbeterproces. Het advies- en opleidingsbureau You Improve is voor 2016 al ingeschakeld om te ondersteunen in dit proces. Er is toen een zogenaamde Potentieelscan Medewerkers (organisatiescan) gehouden. De volgende activiteiten hebben plaatsgevonden: eerste kennismaking, Observaties, Begeleidingsessies en Data analyse. We zijn voornemens op basis van de uitkomsten van de Potentieelscan een programma te ontwikkelen voor alle leidinggevenden en sleutelfiguren om het continu verbeteren te verbinden met persoonlijk leiderschap en het trainen van vaardigheden om het ingezette veranderproces verder te borgen en te verankeren. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat het ingezette veranderproces en de ambitie van de organisatie alleen wordt bereikt als wij continu investeren in onze mensen. Gezamenlijk leren door gebruik te maken van de gemeenschappelijke kennis, diverse achtergronden en kennisgebieden is een belangrijk aspect in dit programma. Elkaar onderling supporten en uitdagen zal bijdragen in het ontwikkelen van persoonlijke leiderschap maar zal ook een positief effect hebben op de team performance. Het programma is opgebouwd uit 2 pijlers: professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Het professionele onderdeel is volledig gebaseerd op SK Zedek en het strategische programma. Door middel van interactieve workshops door SK Zedek collega's, willen we de deelnemers intensief betrekken bij de implementatie van de organisatiestrategie en het ingezette veranderproces (continue verbeteren - WCM) te borgen. Het onderdeel persoonlijke ontwikkeling is gericht op de ontwikkeling van leiderschapsvaardigheden. Het programma gericht op persoonlijke leiderschap wordt gefaciliteerd door externe consultants. De adviseurs van You Improve zullen SK Zedek hierbij ondersteunen, wellicht dat ook andere adviesbureaus worden ingezet. (Dutch)
