Voor de Omgevingsdienst Achterhoek is kennis, inzicht, gedrag en vaardigheid van onze medewerkers de spil van onze dienstverlening. Omdat ook de opdrachtgevers (de Achterhoekse gemeenten en de provincie Gelderland) aan ons vragen om te voldoen aan de kwaliteitscriteria 2.1 hebben wij al veel geinvesteerd in opleidng en ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers. Onze ambitie is dat zij ook in de toekomst blijvend voldoen aan deze landelijk geldende criteria. Het project Blijven(d) voldoen sluit naadloos aan bij deze behoefte. Mede dankzij de ESF-subsidie kan dit project uitgevoerd worden. (Dutch)
