    De subsidieregeling ESF 2014-2020 In de ESF vordering wordt aandacht gevraagd voor het thema duurzame inzetbaarheid. Duurzaam inzetbaar zijn werknemers die nu en in de toekomst gezond, gemotiveerd, competent en productief aan het werk kunnen zijn. Hoe vertalen wij dit naar onze werknemers? Als organisatie vinden wij het van groot belang dat wij tevreden en gemotiveerde medewerkers hebben die onze klanten met frisse energie kunnen helpen. Onze medewerkers zijn tenslotte de mensen die onze klanten dagelijks aan het werk zien. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat onze medewerkers competent zijn en competent blijven. Door middel van dit project hebben wij een adviseur ingeschakeld die onze leidinggevenden en medewerkers begeleidt in persoonlijke ontwikkeling en bewustwording. Op deze manier blijven onze medewerkers voldoende fit en competent om hun werk nog vele jaren naar behoren en met plezier uit te voeren. (Dutch)
