Bakkerij Fledderus is een groeiende bakkerij. Er is momenteel te weinig aandacht voor personele zaken; er wordt onvoldoende met de medewerkers gecommuniceerd en de huidige leiderschapsstijl zou kunnen worden verbeterd. Dit werkt stress en onzekerheid in de hand bij de medewerkers waardoor het verloop ongewenst hoog is. Doel is advies te geven over de reductie van stress door bijvoorbeeld structuur aan te brengen en daardoor de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te vergroten. (Dutch)

Bakery Fledderus is a growing bakery. There is currently insufficient attention to human resources; there is insufficient communication with the staff and the current leadership style could be improved. This contributes to stress and uncertainty among the employees, which makes the progress undesirablely high. The aim is to provide advice on the reduction of stress by, for example, putting in place structure and thereby increasing the sustainable employability of employees. (English)
