Het is momenteel lastig om goed technisch geschoold personeel te werven. Het is dan ook zeer belangrijk om het huidige personeel te behouden en nieuw technisch personeel op te leiden. EnVeCo gaat op drie vlakken het project aan; het bevorderen van de fysieke (werk)toestand van de werknemers, het intern opleiden d.m.v. het meester-gezel principe en het maken van persoonlijke ambitie en ontwikkelplannen. Wij willen dat onze werknemers excelleren in hun vakgebied, op het werk en in privésfeer. (Dutch)

It is currently difficult to recruit well-trained staff. It is therefore very important to retain current staff and to train new technical staff. EnVeCo enters into the project in three areas; promoting the physical (working) state of the workers, training internally by means of the master companion principle and the creation of personal ambition and development plans. We want our employees to excel in their field of expertise, work and private life. (English)
