De omgeving waarin medewerkers van EJP Accountants werken verandert voortdurend; nieuwe automatisering, nieuwe regelgeving etc. Maar in toenemende mate komt de nadruk op de adviseursrol te liggen en het in teams samenwerken om de veranderende klantvragen te kunnen beantwoorden. Dit vraagt om medewerkers die willen mee veranderen, met zelfvertrouwen het gesprek aangaan met klanten. Een goede leercultuur komt dit ten goede, daarom het project Bevordering LeerCultuur bij EJP Accountants. (Dutch)

The environment in which EJP Accountants employees work is constantly changing; new automation, new regulations, etc. But increasingly the focus is on the role of advisors and working together in teams to answer the changing customer questions. This requires employees who want to change, engage in conversation with customers with self-confidence. A good learning culture benefits this, therefore the project “Promote learning culture” at EJP Accountants. (English)
