The Reboost project KARWEI Amsterdam Noord aims to deploy all employees based on their talents. The management team will develop in terms of leadership, communication and conversations with employees in which the talents and qualities of the individual employee are recognised and negotiable. Because all employees will be deployed using their talents, the motivation and involvement will be increased and thus a more productive team will be created. In addition, a learning environment will be created in which individual employees can develop on the basis of needs and further development of their talents.     Het ReBoost project KARWEI Amsterdam Noord heeft als doel om om alle medewerkers in te zetten op basis van hun talenten. Het leidinggevend team zal zich daarbij gaan ontwikkelen op het gebied van leiderschap, communicatie en het voeren van gesprekken met medewerkers waarin de talenten en kwaliteiten van de individuele medewerker herkend en bespreekbaar worden gemaakt. Doordat alle medewerkers ingezet gaan worden gebruik makend van hun talenten zal de motivatie en betrokkenheid verhoogd worden en daarmee een productiever team gaan ontstaan. Daarnaast zal er een leeromgeving worden gecreëerd waarin individuele medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen op basis van behoefte en verdere ontwikkeling van hun talenten. Gevolg van deze aanpak zal zijn dat er minder werkdruk/stress wordt ervaren, een gezondere werkomgeving ontstaat waarin leren, flexibiliteit, mobiliteit en samenwerken centraal staat. (Dutch)
