To this end, we see preventive medical research and advice at individual level and how we at collective level, based on collective and sub-collective reports of that research, further develop PSA policies/sustainable employability policies to promote the optimisation of sustainable employability.     Het bevorderen van gezond en veilig werken, waaronder een gezondere leefstijl, het terugdringen van werkstress en ongewenst gedrag in de werksfeer. Het beoogde resultaat is het bevorderen van awareness, integrale bewustwording om meer inzicht te krijgen in fysieke, mentale én sociale werkvermogen alsook het activeren van de eigen regie op de eigen gezondheid, leefstijl en daarmee het vergroten van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van het individu alsook het PSA- beleid/ beleid duurzame inzetbaarheid te optimaliseren. Het betrekken van de medewerkers realiseren wij door het houden van een communicatiecampagne, waarin onder andere nudgen, billboarding, werkoverleggen, mailings is opgenomen. Vanuit het onderzoek, zijnde een integrale leefstijltest, wetenschappelijke vragenlijst Arbeid en Re-integratie, biometrie, bloedonderzoek (vingerprik), vraaggesprek middels motivational interviewing en een persoonlijke advies, wordt middels de communicatiecampagne tevens aandacht gegeven aan het effectief inzetten en opvolgen van interventies die als advies voortkomen uit het onderzoek. Onze dienstverlening kenmerkt zich door een hoge mate van votaliteit, complexiteit en onzekerheid. Om de organisatie en het individu daar beter voor te equiperen proberen we uit bewustzijn en het ernaar handelen, ook wel te noemen als self integrated management, te bevorderen. Dat beogen we te realiseren over de assen van communicatie HBM cycli en het faciliteren met begeleiding en advisering rondom onderwerpen gezondheid, vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Instrument daartoe zien we het preventief medisch onderzoek en de advisering daaromtrent op individueel niveau en hoe wij op collectief niveau op basis van collectieve en subcollectieve rapportages van dat onderzoek nader PSA- beleid/ duurzame inzetbaarheid- beleid te vormen ter bevordering van het optimaliseren van duurzame inzetbaarheid.
