TSA Safety Services ziet gezondheid en vitaliteit als voorwaarden om optimaal te functioneren en te presteren. D.m.v. het programma “Samenwerken aan optimale inzetbare medewerkers bij TSA” wordt hier vorm aan gegeven met als doel inzet- en beschikbaarheid van vitale en productieve medewerkers. Er is gekozen voor advisering om de visie en missie richting duurzame inzetbaarheid vorm te geven en medewerkers middels een PMO een vitaliteit en gezondheidstest aan te bieden. Door de subsidie ESF DI is het mogelijk gemaakt om duurzame inzetbaarheid op de kaart te zetten binnen de organisatie en het project “Samenwerken aan optimale inzetbare medewerkers bij TSA” leven in te blazen. Er hangen aankondigingsflyers op diverse plaatsen met het ESF logo daarop, publicatie op de website en de nieuwsbrieven om draagvlak en betrokkenheid binnen de organisatie te creëren en te behouden.
