RIBW GO vraagt de adviseur van Bewegen Werkt om ons te ondersteunen met de volgende activiteiten: 1. Het aanbieden van een Vifa (Vitaliteitsfan in zelfsturende teams. Dit zijn de ambassadeurs van het thema vitaliteit in het team) workshop aan teams die deze workshop nog niet hebben gevolgd. 2. Vervolgworkshops, om ervaringen te delen en om verdieping te zoeken. Op basis van een behoeftepeiling onder Vifa’s worden deze workshop op maat samengesteld. 3. Verdiepende workshops op basis van behoeften voor de teams. Deze behoeften zijn naar voren gekomen vanuit de teamgesprekken die de Vifa’s met hun teams voeren. 4. Effectmeting van de ingezette activiteiten. (Dutch)
