    Schildersbedrijf Salet heeft een divers medewerkersbestand. Het bedrijf heeft ambacht hoog in het vaandel. Van oudsher heeft het bedrijf veel oog voor kwaliteit. Het bedrijf is ook sociaal naar medewerkers. Ondanks dat zijn er uitdagingen om goede mensen te ontwikkelen naar de standaarden van het bedrijf als ook om goede mensen te blijven binden aan het bedrijf. Daarnaast krijgt het bedrijf vaker te maken met medewerkers met een fysiek en of mentaal "rugzakje" die duurzame inzetbaarheid belemmeren. Salet wil daarom duurzame inzetbaarheid structureel onderdeel maken van de gesprekscyclus met medewerkers, inzicht verkrijgen in de duurzame inzetbaarheid, een concreet plan van aanpak ontwikkelen om deze te verbeteren als ook ondersteuning bij de implementatie daarvan. Binnen Salet wordt het management zodoende ondersteund in het verkrijgen van de juiste vaardigheden om duurzame inzetbaarheid structureel te monitoren en te ontwikkelen. Naast het management worden alle medewerkers betrokken en middels het project bewust gemaakt van hun eigen duurzame inzetbaarheid, als ook om daar samen met Salet structureel invulling aan te geven.
