Hutten wil bereiken dat haar samenwerkers langer duurzaam inzetbaar blijven door gelukkig, gezond en vitaal door te werken tot aan het pensioen of desnoods erna. Gelukkige mensen zijn veel succesvoller in het behalen van hun doelen. Gelukkige mensen zijn gezonder (leven wel 7 jaar langer), hebben betere relaties, werken beter samen, gedragen zich duurzamer. Daarnaast is de gelukkige werknemer ook nog productiever, minder vaak ziek en in staat om een betere kwaliteit te leveren. In het project Hutten vitaal wordt een ergocoach ingezet voor de samenwerkers voor de fysieke belasting en aspecten van DI. Voor analyse en ondersteuning van de mentale aspecten van gezondheid, geluk, vitaliteit en daarmee duurzame inzetbaarheid is een Duurzaam Geluk Coach beschikbaar. Hier kunnen samenwerkers terecht met hun mentale uitdagingen in de weg naar Duurzaam Geluk. Tesamen stellen ze een plan van aanpak op voor verhoging van hun Duurzaam Geluk. (Dutch)
