EasySIGN has been one of the leading software companies in the field of signmaking software for years. In recent years, an independent software package has been built that has become the signmaking software for medium-sized companies in the signmaking industry or that have to do with signmaking within the Benelux. Within EasySIGN, a number of employees have been employed by EasySIGN for a number of years. At this time, the company has changed a lot and so has its products &Amp; services. For a number of employees, this work is far from what they have ever started with. In doing so, these employees experience a lot of workload. EasySIGN would like to address this at the source and would therefore like to obtain advice on promoting healthy and safe working, and guidance on the implementation of this advice. Within EasySIGN, all employees work very independently and individually, and there is little collaboration or discussion about certain problems or tasks with each other. As a result, there is little or no opportunity to learn from each other and to discuss opportunities in projects. EasySIGN’s management therefore wants advice in creating a learning culture within EasySIGN, so that employees are more encouraged to learn (from each other). At EasySIGN there is also room for the development of the employees. EasySIGN would like to give its staff the opportunity to develop according to their competences and ambitions, and thus remain sustainable for the company. Easysign is al jaren een van de toonaangevende softwarebedrijven op het gebied van signmakingsoftware. In de afgelopen jaren is er gebouwd aan een onafhankelijk softwarepakket dat binnen de Benelux is uitgegroeid tot dé signmakingsoftware voor middelgrote bedrijven in de signmakingsindustrie of die te maken hebben met signmaking. Binnen Easysign zijn een aantal medewerkers al een aantal jaar bij Easysign in dienst. In deze tijd is het bedrijf veel veranderd en zo ook haar producten & diensten. Voor een aantal medewerkers levert dit werkzaamheden op die ver af liggen van waar ze ooit mee zijn begonnen. Daarbij ervaren deze medewerkers veel werkdruk. Easysign wil dit graag bij de bron aanpakken en wilt daarom advies verkrijgen voor het bevorderen van gezond en veilig werken, en begeleiding bij de implementatie van dit advies. Binnen Easysign werken alle medewerkers erg zelfstandig en individueel, en wordt er niet tot nauwelijks samengewerkt of met elkaar gediscussieerd over bepaalde problemen of taken. Daardoor is er weinig tot geen mogelijkheid tot het leren van elkaar en het bediscussiëren van mogelijkheden bij projecten. Het management van Easysign wil daarom advies bij het creëren van een leercultuur binnen Easysign waardoor de medewerkers meer gestimuleerd worden om (van elkaar) te leren. Bij Easysign is er ook ruimte voor de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers. Easysign wil haar personeel graag de kans geven zich te ontwikkelen aan de hand van hun competenties en ambities, en daarmee duurzaam inzetbaar blijven voor het bedrijf.
