In dialogue with employees, management and management, an implementation plan is drawn up in the field of sustainable employability. Bureau NineTien supports us in realising the implementation plan. By going back to the core and by aligning business and personal objectives, there is a sustainable link between personal ambitions and the business goals of the organisation, the director and the staff. This is the basis for a good internal organisation in which employees can work with pleasure and where growth and development are central. (English)

    Profish Food is een servicegericht familiebedrijf met ruim twintig jaar ervaring in het leveren van voorverpakte verse vis aan de retail en groothandel in Nederland en daarbuiten. Wij kopen onze grondstoffen rechtstreeks bij de bron. Door deze marktgerichte sourcing weten wij exact waar onze vis vandaan komt, zodat wij onze klanten kunnen voorzien van topkwaliteit. Profish Food is een vooruitstrevend bedrijf en is voortdurend op zoek naar nieuwe concepten en ideeën. Onze medewerkers spelen daar een grote rol in, wat betekent dat het opleiden, betrokken en gezond houden van groot belang is. Afgelopen jaar hebben wij met Bureau Negentigtien de focus gelegd op groei van de individuele medewerker. Komende periode willen wij ons focussen op samen werken aan samenwerken. Voor dit traject zal Bureau Negentigtien ons weer begeleiden. Het Europees Sociaal Fonds stelt ons (met financiële steun) in staat om een duurzaam inzetbaarheidsproject te lanceren. Tijdens dit project zal Profish onderzoek laten verrichten naar de duurzame inzetbaarheid van al haar medewerkers. Het doel hierbij is het verder ontwikkelen van onze organisatie waarin een heldere structuur, betrokkenheid, productiviteit, samenwerken en continu ontwikkelen centraal staan.
