De organisatie wenst stappen te zetten in het anders organiseren met aandacht voor en medewerking van de medewerkers zelf. Duurzaam, creatief en productief inzetbaar zijn, zijn thema's die gedurende het traject naar voren zullen komen. Duidelijk is dat ieder zijn rol in het proces vervult waarbij medewerkers onvoldoende met elkaar schakelen. Schakelen gebeurt momenteel corrigerend. Medewerkers dienen vanaf het begin van een project betrokken te worden en de vraag van de klant als gezamenlijk doel te zien en hiervoor eigenaarschap te tonen. Tevens is van belang dat meer mensen werk van elkaar kunnen overnemen en daarmee breder inzetbaar zijn, als basis om meer flexibilteit, rust en werkplezier in de organisatie te krijgen. Dit vraagt om fundamenteel anders organiseren. (Dutch)
