Met alle medewerkers binnen Wonen Noordwest Friesland creëren wij zelf een lerende organisatie waar alle medewerkers en leidinggevende hun verantwoordelijkheid nemen als het gaat om ontwikkeling. Als organisatie stimuleren wij dit en ondersteunen alle medewerkers waar wij kunnen. Met de training omtrent het persoonlijk leiderschap bieden wij een stuk maatwerk door medewerkers inzicht te geven in hun eigen kunnen en hoe zij de verantwoordelijkheid kunnen nemen over hun eigen ontwikkeling/ loopbaan. With all employees within Wonen Noordwest Friesland we create a learning organisation where all employees and managers take their responsibility when it comes to development. As an organisation, we encourage this and support all employees where we can. With the training on personal leadership, we offer a lot of tailor-made work by giving employees insight into their own ability and how they can take responsibility for their own development/career.
