    Reijnen Sealing wil dat de medewerkers fit, gezond, gemotiveerd en betrokken hun werk kunnen doen tot aan hun pensioen. De organisatie is sterk groeiende. Hierdoor is de behoefte ontstaan om inzicht te krijgen in wat de medewerkers belangrijk vinden, wat hen drijft, hun ambities, maar ook wat de stress factoren zijn. Door dit samen en in dialoog te doen en de medewerkers actief bij dit traject te betrekken zullen bewustwording, draagvlak voor veranderringen, onderling begrip, betrokkenheid en motivatie naar verwachting eerder toenemen. Reijnen Sealing wil graag investeren in haar medewerkers omdat wij zeer veel waarde hechten aan het gezond, gemotiveerd en betrokken houden van onze werknemers. Zij zijn namelijk een van de belangrijkste succesfactoren van ons bedrijf. Reijnen Sealing doet daarom een beroep op de Subsidieregeling ESF Duurzame inzetbaarheid. (Dutch)
