De omgeving waarin medewerkers van EJP Accountants werken verandert voortdurend; nieuwe automatisering, nieuwe regelgeving etc. Maar in toenemende mate komt de nadruk op de adviseursrol te liggen en het in teams samenwerken om de veranderende klantvragen te kunnen beantwoorden.
