Vital and healthy working is important to us at Photonis. To this end, it was decided in 2016 to put in place a vitality policy aimed at all employees in the organisation and examining annually what interventions are needed in the organisation to allow employees to proactively engage in this topic. The aim of the trajectory is to raise awareness of various themes related to health and vitality among the Photonis employees, so that a policy can be actively used to increase health and vitality in the long term. In order to arrive at a good policy, it has been decided to work together with Fitter Nederland, who will work as a follow-up to the 2017 trajectory with the continuation and assurance of the vitality programme in place. Vitaal en gezond werken vinden wij belangrijk bij Photonis. Daartoe is in 2016 besloten om een vitaliteitsbeleid in te voeren dat gericht is op alle medewerkers in de organisatie en waarbij jaarlijks wordt bekeken welke interventies nodig zijn in de organisatie om medewerkers proactief met dit thema bezig te laten zijn. Doel van het traject is het vergroten van het bewustzijn op het gebied van verschillende thema’s rondom gezondheid en vitaliteit bij de werknemers van Photonis, zodat hier actief een beleid op ingezet kan worden om de gezondheid en vitaliteit op lange termijn te vergroten. Om te komen tot een goed beleid is besloten om samen te werken met Fitter Nederland die als vervolg op het traject van 2017 aan de slag gaat met het vervolg en de borging van het ingezette vitaliteitsprogramma.
