Hoppenbrouwers wants to stimulate the ambition of the individual employee. An important aspect of this is awareness. Hoppenbrouwers wil de ambitie van de individuele medewerker gaan prikkelen. Een belangrijk aspect hierbij is de bewustwording. Daarom wil Hoppenbrouwers 300 medewerkers in groepssessies aan de hand van succesverhalen uit het verleden bewust maken van het feit dat er verschillende ontwikkelingsopties zijn binnen de organisaties. Waarin het uitgangspunt moet zijn dat de medewerker zich in diverse richtingen kan ontwikkelen en hier zelf verantwoordelijk voor is. Hoppenbrouwers wil hierin de gehele organisatie betrekken en beseft zich dat een aantal medewerkers belemmeringen ervaren om tot persoonlijke ontwikkeling te komen. Hoppenbrouwers organiseert voor de medewerkers die persoonlijke belemmeringen ervaren aan de hand van persoonlijke analyses een intensief begeleidingsprogramma waarin zij worden geholpen zodat deze barrières minder invloed gaan uitoefenen op de persoonlijke ontwikkeling. De bevindingen tijdens de sessies worden teruggekoppeld aan het MT waardoor zij veranderingen kunnen gaan doorvoeren in de organisatie. (Dutch)
