Vanuit onze overtuiging dat het vanuit je rol als werkgever belangrijk is om een positieve bijdrage te leveren aan de bevlogenheid en ontwikkeling van je (potentiële) medewerkers om zo verzuim en verloop tegen te gaan en een optimale werksfeer en daarmee ook prestatie te realiseren, vinden wij het van belang om in het kader van duurzame inzetbaarheid het komende jaar met het volgende aan de slag te gaan: • Het realiseren van een persoonlijk ontwikkelplan per medewerker om zo niet alleen vandaag en morgen je optimale rol in te vullen, maar ook vast te stellen waar je wilt zijn over 5 jaar. Zodat we hier samen (werkgever en werknemer) vandaag al mee kunnen beginnen; • Elk individu ondersteunen bij het maken van de juiste keuzes voor hem/haar als het gaat om werk en de balans tussen privé en werk; • Medewerkers te ondersteunen bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling om zo het optimale uit hun zelf te halen en vooral veel plezier te hebben in dat wat ze doen. We zijn er nl. van overtuigd dat als je dat doet waarvoor je bedoeld bent, het je energie geeft en het je prestatie verbetert. (Dutch)
