By holding interactive awareness sessions, classifying documents, analysing risks, securing work processes and integrating Deming’s PDCA learning circle, Consyst aims to reduce dangers, reduce work stress and create more clarity for its employees. By involving the employees in this project, their knowledge will be increased in the area of information security and privacy. Every employee and therefore the entire organisation is made stronger and able to work safer. (English)

    Consyst streeft naar duurzame inzetbaarheid Consyst adviseert, realiseert en beheert geïntegreerde communicatiesystemen voor de oproepafhandeling van zorgoproepen, calamiteiten, welzijn en persoonlijke veiligheid. Dit kan alleen bereikt worden wanneer de werknemers weinig werkstress ervaren en werken in een veilige werkomgeving. Werkstress kan veroorzaakt worden door meerdere aspecten op de werkvloer. We willen streven naar volledige beschikbaarheid, integriteit en vertrouwelijkheid maar zoveel factoren liggen op de loer. Je moet informatie veilig verwerken, goed omgaan met persoonsgegevens, risico’s inschatten, phishingmails herkennen, datalekken voorkomen: er wordt van iedere medewerker veel verwacht op het gebied van informatieveiligheid en privacy. Maar het is niet altijd duidelijk wat die verwachtingen zijn. Waar moet je precies op letten? Wat moet je doen als je een datalek vermoedt of hebt veroorzaakt? Moet ik mijn collega aanspreken op gevaarlijk gedrag? Deze onduidelijkheid kan flinke werkstress veroorzaken. Een goede reden dus om het gezond en veilig werken te stimuleren binnen Consyst. Door het houden van interactieve bewustwordingssessies, het classificeren van documenten, het analyseren van risico’s, het borgen van werkprocessen en het integreren van de PDCA leercirkel van Deming wil Consyst de gevaren terugdringen, werkstress verlagen en meer duidelijkheid creëren voor haar medewerkers. Door de medewerkers te betrekken in dit project zal zijn of haar kennis vergroot worden op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging en privacy. Iedere medewerker en daarmee de hele organisatie wordt hierdoor sterker en in staat gesteld om veiliger te werken. (Dutch)
