ENGIE heeft behoefte aan een inventarisatie om met behulp van de inzet van AVK/I-coach de vereiste mobiliteit van werknemers te stimuleren zodat zij zich blijven ontwikkelen en daardoor inzetbaar blijven voor huidig of ander werk. Door vanuit een groeimodel zichtbaar te maken aan welke eisen de AVK/I-coach moet voldoen, wordt zichtbaar hoe de organisatie van deze functie zal moeten worden ingevuld. Het adviesrapport moet op een methodische wijze aangeven op welke wijze de AVK/I-coach een centrale en coördinerende rol kan hebben in de bevordering van interne mobiliteit van werknemers waar het gaat om gezond en veilig kunnen blijven werken.
