    NPR 6070.Het nieuwe traject richt zich op vitaliteit en werkdruk. De medewerker gaat zelf aan de slag onder begeleiding van de adviseur om doelen te stellen en te behalen. De doelen zijn gericht op welbevinden en het duurzaam inzetten van het arbeidsvermogen. Vitaliteit gaat niet alleen over fitness,maar ook over werkdruk, over de balans tussen werken en privé. Gezonder leven. Vitale werknemers verzuimen minder en presteren meer,is het uitgangspunt. Investeren in vitaliteit loont. Steeds meer bedrijven werken aan de conditie van hun werknemers. Met vitale werknemers: lagere kosten, hogere opbrengsten en beter imago. Het project richt zich op het maximaal benutten van de cognitieve competenties van medewerkers, organisatie en het sturen op gewenst gedrag. Hierdoor worden mensen geprikkeld; eigen inbreng zorgt voor intrinsieke motivatie. Hun eigen inbreng toont de verborgen (tacide) kennis, welke tot op heden niet beschikbaar was. Er ontstaat een nieuw leiderschap waarin een ieder zijn inbreng toont en deze inbreng coherent wordt met het organisme organisatie.
