Several scientific studies show that the culture of an organisation is an important basis for an employee to make the final choice to work safely or not. Van Wijnen then set itself the goal of increasing the safety culture in 2019. In recent years, Van Wijnen has invested heavily in developing the sustainable employability of employees by focusing on improving safety awareness and behaviour within the company. At strategic, tactical and executive level, employees have started working on safety and health. In order to evaluate how much these efforts have contributed to improving the safety and health of Van Wijnen employees, a new study is being carried out by Aboma to see where further improvements are possible to further ensure the sustainable employability of employees.
