So in phase 2 (2019) we grow on. Developed business vision and focused human resources policy in phase 2 ensures that the roll-out takes place at every level of function.     Uiltje Craftbeer BV (hierna: Uiltje) is een onafhankelijke bierbrouwerij gevestigd in Haarlem, Nederland. Met het productaanbod richt de organisatie zich op vernieuwing en creativiteit binnen de bierbrouwerij sector. Het productaanbod omvat met name speciaal bieren, waar op dit moment een enorme groei waarneembaar is in de vraag. In 2012 is de organisatie kleinschalig gestart. Vanaf 2015 is, gezien het succes van de ontwikkelde producten, invulling gegeven aan het aannemen van de benodigde menskracht, in relatie tot de groei van de organisatie. In 2016 is een eerste ESF aanvraag ingediend en toegekend aan Uiltje, die in 2017 is uitgevoerd. Mogelijkheden voor henzelf wat betreft hun eigen profiel. Mogelijkheden in een groter geheel wat betreft de opties binnen de organisatie. Alles gericht op een duidelijk en concreet personeelsbeleid.
