    Binnen dit programma wil De Vries Scheepsbouw Makkum B.V. de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers vergroten door onnodige werkdruk, frustratie en stress weg te nemen. Daarnaast wil De Vries Makkum inzetten op een veilige werkomgeving voor haar medewerkers. De Vries Makkum zal hiertoe een extern adviseur in de arm nemen die door middel van workshops met de medewerkers onnodige stressbezorgers identificeert en door de medewerkers gewenste oplossingsrichtingen aandraagt. Ook zal gekeken worden hoe onnodige onveilige werksituaties vermeden kunnen worden. Nadat de knelpunten en oplossingsrichtingen in kaart zijn gebracht, zal de adviseur een beleidsplan opstellen de implementatie ervan begeleiden. Doel van dit programma is de mentale gezondheid en veiligheid van de medewerkers vergroten opdat zij op een plezierige en gezonde manier langer inzetbaar zijn. (Dutch)
