The project has the following objectives: — Encourage employees to reflect on the wishes and needs they have in order to shape their personal ambition and sustainable employability; — An organisation-wide picture of the needs of employees, so that strategic choices can be made to facilitate personal ambitions; — Translating organisational-wide themes into a practical plan of approach; — Implement organisational-wide themes where possible; — To accompany the individual needs of employees where possible. Netters Infra beseft dat zij zich continu zal moeten blijven ontwikkelen. Die continue ontwikkeling vraagt Netters Infra ook van haar medewerkers. Daarom wil Netter Infra haar medewerkers faciliteren in de benodigde ontwikkeling. Dit doet netters Infra door middel van het project 'Netter Infra Duurzaam Inzetbaar'. Het project heeft de volgende doelstellingen: - Medewerkers stimuleren om na te denken over de wensen en behoeften die zij hebben om vorm te geven aan hun persoonlijke ambitie en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - Een organisatie-breed beeld schetsen van de behoeften van medewerkers, zodat er strategische keuzes gemaakt kunnen worden rondom het faciliteren van persoonlijke ambities; - Het vertalen van organisatie-brede thema’s naar een praktisch plan van aanpak; - Organisatie-brede thema’s implementeren waar mogelijk; - Het begeleiden van de individuele behoeften van medewerkers waar mogelijk.
