Table du Sud is een snel groeiende organisatie wat zorgt voor bijbehorende uitdagingen en verhoogde werkdruk. In samenwerking met externe adviseurs van Censor | Voor de verandering en zal gewerkt worden aan het optimaliseren van de leercultuur en aan een verbeterde organisatie van het eigen werk. Er ontstaat een werkmethode waarbij de medewerkers zelfstandig keuzes (mogen) maken en invloed leren pakken op het eigen werk en de planning, zodat ze verantwoordelijkheid en eigenaarschap ervaren voor het geheel. Dit draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer en verhoging van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. De aanpak is gericht op directie en de werkvloer. (Dutch)
