The Primary Education Association 30 06 is an association of 14 school boards. Of these there are 6 boards that provide special education (SO) and 8 boards that provide regular and/or special primary education (SBO). In total, the partnership comprises 95 primary schools and 3 schools for special primary education and 5 special schools. The starting point of cooperation Primary Education 30 06 is that the child is central, in everything we do. In doing so, we are based on the principle: “regularly where it can be done, especially where it is needed”. And not only the pupils are taken care of, but also the staff of the partnership. They have the sometimes difficult but always fascinating task to make connections and maintain them. This is to strengthen and optimise cooperation between schools. As a young organisation there is a challenge for us. The project ‘Working together to connect’ therefore works on the policy risks related to staff. It paves the way for a different way of looking and experiencing the (team) work. The project will make people work more vitally on the important social task that SWV PO has in mind. Het Samenwerkingsverband Primair Onderwijs 30 06 is een vereniging van 14 schoolbesturen. Hiervan zijn er 6 besturen die speciaal onderwijs (SO) verzorgen en 8 besturen die regulier en/of speciaal basisonderwijs (SBO) verzorgen. In totaal telt het samenwerkingsverband 95 basisscholen en 3 scholen voor speciaal basisonderwijs en 5 scholen voor speciaal onderwijs. Het uitgangspunt van Samenwerkingsverband Primair Onderwijs 30 06 is dat het kind centraal staat, in alles wat we doen. Daarbij gaan we uit van het principe: “regulier waar het kan, speciaal waar het nodig is”. En niet alleen voor de leerlingen wordt gezorgd, ook voor het personeel van het samenwerkingsverband. Zij hebben de soms moeilijke maar altijd boeiende opdracht om verbindingen te leggen en deze te onderhouden. Dit om de onderlinge samenwerking tussen de scholen te versterken en te optimaliseren. Als jonge organisatie ligt daar voor ons een uitdaging. In het project ‘samen werken aan verbinding' wordt daarom gewerkt aan de beleidsrisico’s rondom personeel. Het maakt de weg vrij voor een andere manier van kijken en beleven van het (team)werk. Het project laat mensen daardoor vitaler werken aan de belangrijke maatschappelijk taak die SWV PO voor ogen staat. (Dutch)
