Per 1 januari 2019 heeft AMI Franchise BV Rombout Kappers overgenomen. De aandacht van de AMI Kappers is de afgelopen periode dan ook sterk uitgegaan naar inrichting, uitstraling en groei van de onderneming. De focus moet het komende jaar op optimalisering van het personeel, kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en invulling van optimale gastvrijheid gelegd worden. Het is van essentieel belang dat men slagvaardig, efficiënt en effectief werkt. Dit vraagt commitment, toewijding en juiste vaardigheden van alle medewerkers. De organisatie wil hiermee de continuïteit versterken en tegelijkertijd een gezonde basis leggen voor een goed functionerende organisatie waar de medewerkers prettig kunnen en willen werken. Streven is het creëren van een lerende organisatie met zelforganiserende teams. Op deze wijze wordt er gewerkt aan duurzame inzetbaarheid van het individu. Daarnaast biedt het traject van het creëren van een lerende organisatie, de verwezenlijking van de behoefte tot persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling, kansen voor alle medewerkers.
