Dunamare Education Group is the connecting factor between 24 secondary schools in the Haarlem, Haarlemmermeer and Velsen region (with a trip to Harlingen and Uithoorn). The spectrum is broad: from practical education to gymnasium, each with its own identity and character. What these 24 schools share is one important ambition. They do everything they can to get the best out of every student. Our employees are essential to achieving this objective. Good employership is of paramount importance. We believe it is very important to support our employees not only in their professional development, but also in maintaining or increasing vitality and employability. The project’s sustainable employability and vitality offers employees the opportunity to gain insight into their own mental resilience and lifestyle via a vitality scan. Afterwards, coaching conversations can take place aimed at increasing the resilience or improving the lifestyle. Managers are encouraged and coached to talk to employees about vitality and employability in order to be able to recognise signals of imbalance in a timely manner. Dunamare Onderwijsgroep is de verbindende factor is tussen 24 scholen voor voortgezet onderwijs in de regio Haarlem, Haarlemmermeer en Velsen (met een uitstapje naar Harlingen en Uithoorn). Het spectrum is breed: van praktijkonderwijs tot gymnasium, elk met zijn eigen identiteit en karakter. Wat deze 24 scholen delen, is één belangrijke ambitie. Zij doen er alles aan om het beste te halen uit iedere leerling. Onze medewerkers zijn essentieel voor het bereiken van deze doelstelling. Goed werkgeverschap staat hoog in het vaandel. Wij vinden het van groot belang om onze medewerkers niet alleen te ondersteunen in hun professionele ontwikkeling, maar ook in het behouden of vergroten van de vitaliteit en inzetbaarheid. Het project duurzame inzetbaarheid en vitaliteit biedt medewerkers de mogelijkheid via een vitaliteitsscan zicht te krijgen op de eigen mentale weerbaarheid en leefstijl. Aansluitend kunnen coaching gesprekken plaatsvinden gericht op vergroten van de weerbaarheid of verbeteren van de leefstijl. Leidinggevenden worden gestimuleerd en gecoacht om met medewerkers in gesprek te gaan over vitaliteit en inzetbaarheid om zo tijdig signalen van disbalans te kunnen herkennen. Mede dankzij dit ESF-project kunnen medewerkers en leidinggevenden werken aan vitaliteit en inzetbaarheid om zo het beste onderwijs voor onze leerlingen te kunnen verzorgen. (Dutch)
